Terms & Participation

1. Acceptance. By registering for any HUFP event you accept these terms of participation.

2. Assumption of risk. Street football is a contact sport played on hard surfaces. Participants accept the inherent risks of injury and play at their own risk.

3. Liability waiver. HUFP, host facilities, organizers, referees and event staff are not liable for personal injury, illness, lost or stolen property arising from participation in HUFP events, except where prohibited by law.

4. Minors. Participants under 18 require parental or guardian consent. A parent or guardian must complete the registration on the minor's behalf.

5. Insurance. Participants are responsible for their own medical insurance. HUFP does not provide individual medical coverage.

6. Code of conduct. Violence, harassment, discrimination or threatening behavior result in immediate removal from the event and may result in a ban from future HUFP events. There are no refunds for code-of-conduct violations.

7. Fees. Entry fees are non-refundable once a session or tournament has started. Postponements due to weather will be rescheduled or refunded.

8. Image release. HUFP may photograph or film events for promotional use. Participants may opt out in writing before the event.

9. Modification. HUFP may amend rules, formats or schedules to ensure player safety or event integrity.
